I am Brigadier Ashwani Kumar. My wife has undergone GI surgery at Balaji Action Hospital. I wish to make a special mention for Dr. Nikhil Gupta for being a very great and caring human being and an excellent surgeon. I also wish to place on record my greatest appreciation for a very professional approach of the anesthesiologist Dr. Santosh, who made sure that a high risk patient met all relevant parameters before he cleared her for surgery. I am really impressed by the protocols being followed by nursing staff. House keeping is carrying out it's functions very effectively.
Overall I place Balaji Action in the category of the finest hospitals in Delhi and NCR. It is functioning like a well oiled machine without any gimmicks.

I had amongst the best experiences at Sri Balaji Action medical institute . Both my wife and me were admitted in October as we were diagnosed with COVID . My wife was in a critical condition and I had to move her from Max Gurgaon to Action balaji . That one decision made material difference . The doctors and the nursing staff were simply awesome . They knew the procedures and SOP’s so well . Their skills and knowledge in handling a critical COVID situation was outstanding . The hospital administration had put in their best foot forward in providing world class care through a very efficient nursing support and associated resources . Patient name- Indu Singh, stayed at the hospital on bed no. 4183. Staff here is so efficient, friendly and polite. I have seen everyone working tirelessly to serve. They r so caring and understand the need of every patient. Food & Beverages served to the patient was according to the patient's needs and delicious too, serving staff members were also very friendly and maintained hygiene also. Housekeeping staff Is outstanding, so is the nursing staff . I am wholeheartedly thankful to the team of Surgeons Dr. Suneel Kumar, Dr. Arun Rai, Dr. Yogesh who gave their best to save my ankle along with the Nursing staff members sister Sayoni, sister Monia, brother Sandeep and housekeeping staff Renu didi, Geeta didi, Kailash Bhaiya and other members like brother Tarun in support.😊

I went to this hospital 2 months ago with my Mom for my surgery. Initially, we were very doubtful and were very scared, to be honest, because of the situation that we were in, but the staff and the doctors, especially Dr Arindam Mukherjee (General Surgeon) and his team of talented and experienced doctors were very helpful (Spl. Thanks to Dr. Akshay and Shiv Kumar). They helped us in calming and gaining confidence in the process that followed. I can't be thankful enough to the entire department. They have not only provided expert medical help but have been very supportive to us in every way to make us comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints and am completely satisfied with all the attention received.

Doctors Periodical visits n explain in details..Special Thanks to Dr. lamba of Gastroenterology department....allocated Room in South wing 4th Floor...nurses behaviour - very good n soft. Nursing Incharge always ready to listen concern if any....House keeping is good ......Doctors are very polite....Shurti helped me a lot in admission process.....
One small concern n suggestion that nursing staff in the procedure room should be attentive so as to take care of patients belongings....no article should be lost. Staff at Gastroenterology reception should be attentive n inform the patient about delays etc..... discharge process should be expedited....

The experience here with my mother's bilateral knee surgery done by Dr. Palash gupta sir was excellent.. my mother started walking after 3 days . And the recovery process is very good.all the staff attached with Dr palash gupta sir are extremely helpful and cooperative and have always helped us throughout,even after post surgery. Shweta ma'am has been their for us throughout and has always kept patient's comfort on priority. She has always reverted back with all the queries we had. Jitendra sir the physiotherapist has helped my mother so well.. his guidance with the therapy has helped her recovery smoothly.
I am very satisfied with the surgery and the doctor's team.

Dr. Palash Gupta and met him with Shweta and instantly there was a Divine Connection and a decision we could not make in year's reached it's fruitful conclusion on 4th October 24 and my wife got both knees replaced through Robotic Surgery. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Dr.Gk aggarwal.Dr.Ramesh ,Dr chirag and entire PICU nursing team at Action Bala ji for the outstanding care and compassion showed during our child hospitalization.
Our child was admitted to picu in a very critical condition and stayed there for 12 days .It was the most difficult time for our family,but the dedication ,and round the clock care provided by picu staff made all the differences.

I have been a patient there, at south wing third floor, for a few months now and I can easily say that they have one of the best doctors. They are professional, efficient, and listens intently to my concerns.
