I wish to make a special mention for Dr. Nikhil Gupta for being a very great and caring human being and an excellent surgeon. I also wish to place on record my greatest appreciation for a very professional approach of the anesthesiologist Dr. Santosh, who made sure that a high risk patient met all relevant parameters before he cleared her for surgery. I am really impressed by the protocols being followed by nursing staff. House keeping is carrying out it's functions very effectively. The OPD process was smooth, and the staff at the reception were cooperative and helpful. The doctors are experienced and patient-friendly. They explain the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly, which builds confidence and trust. Nursing staff were attentive and responsive, ensuring proper care and comfort. Emergency services are well-organized, and the diagnostic facilities (lab, radiology, etc.) are available within the hospital, making it convenient for patients.
