Patient name- Indu Singh, stayed at the hospital on bed no. 4183. Staff here is so efficient, friendly and polite. I have seen everyone working tirelessly to serve. They r so caring and understand the need of every patient. Food & Beverages served to the patient was according to the patient's needs and delicious too, serving staff members were also very friendly and maintained hygiene also. Housekeeping staff Is outstanding, so is the nursing staff . I am wholeheartedly thankful to the team of Surgeons Dr. Suneel Kumar, Dr. Arun Rai, Dr. Yogesh who gave their best to save my ankle along with the Nursing staff members sister Sayoni, sister Monia, brother Sandeep and housekeeping staff Renu didi, Geeta didi, Kailash Bhaiya and other members like brother Tarun in support.😊 ~ Sadhvi J
I had amongst the best experiences at Sri Balaji Action medical institute . Both my wife and me were admitted in October as we were diagnosed with COVID . My wife was in a critical condition and I had to move her from Max Gurgaon to Action balaji . That one decision made material difference . The doctors and the nursing staff were simply awesome . They knew the procedures and SOP’s so well . Their skills and knowledge in handling a critical COVID situation was outstanding . The hospital administration had put in their best foot forward in providing world class care through a very efficient nursing support and associated resources .
